2. How do I login?

Once you have registered you need to click an account activation link that will be in a registration email that will have been sent out to the email address you provided when you registered. Until you activate your account you won't be able to login.

Once activated, return to the website and enter your "username" and "password" you chose in the form on the left hand side of the webpage. 

3. How do I get my business listed in the HIPs Directory? 

Once you have registered and activated your account simply:

1. Login using the form on the left side of the web page. 

2. Click the "Add a Directory Listing" link from the "User Menu" that will appear on the left side of the page. This "User Menu" is only visible if you are logged in.

3. Complete the listings form that opens up.

4. I have registered but I don't see my listing or business in the Directory?

This is because you have only registered, not added your business details to the Directory - see FAQ "How do I get my business listed in the HIPs Directory?" above.

5. I have a discount, credit or concession code but can't see how to use it?

You simply need to enter the code in the form that appears when you are logged in and have  selected  "Add a Directory Listing" from the "User Menu" that appears on the left side of the page. This menu is only visible if you are logged in. The place to enter the code is highlighted by red text so you shouldn't miss it.

6. You want more money than I expected?

I filled in the form to list my business in the directory but I forgot to enter my discount, concession or credit code (or entered it incorrectly) and now it is asking me for the full price?

Don't worry, simply disregard any emails or payment requests regarding this incorrect entry,  just log back in and add another directory listing, this time making sure you enter the code correctly in the place highlighted by red text.  You will then be asked to pay the correct rate.

7. How do I edit my listing?

Login to the website then select  "Your Directory Listings" from the "User Menu" that appears on the left side of the page. This menu is only visible if you are logged in. You wil then see an "Edit" button in the bottom right corner under your listing (the "More details view"), click this to edit your listing.

Alternatively if you login and locate your listing in the Directory, you will see an "Edit" button visible in the top left corner of your initial listing (the business card view), you can edit your listing this way as well.
