A number of organisations including estate agents, lenders, conveyancers and specialist Pack providers can help you with your Home Information Pack.

In most cases, the Packs will be compiled by one of these organisations, but you have the option to put together a Pack yourself.

If you decide to put your own Pack together, it is advisable to make sure that it is well compiled and presented in a way that will help sell your property. A poor HIP could potentially put buyers off!
